Rental Housing Information Any User who advertises rental property on Web site retains sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, including fair housing requirements. User warrants that such advertising is for rental housing that is currently available or coming available, and that he/she has full right and authority to advertise the rental and to enter into these Terms of Use. Web site Owner does not screen or endorse any of the prospective roommates, tenants, or landlords listed on Web site, and does not take any responsibility for the character of posting or viewing party. It is the sole risk and responsibility of User to post contact information on this Web site, to contact other Web site users, and to determine the character and acceptability of any prospective tenant, roommate, or landlord. Web site Owner cannot be held responsible for any events that transpire through use of Web site. In no event shall Owner's total liability to User for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing Web site.
