Orientation Tour

This is a one-day tour of San Francisco's neighborhoods, highlighting amenities such as shopping areas, schools, gyms and recreation areas. Pre-screened rental units are shown which meet your size and price parameters, and rental applications and credit reports are provided so that your paperwork is properly prepared for prospective landlords. Maps of San Francisco and public transportation information are also included in your relocation packet. The cost of this one-day orientation is $475.00. If you wish to continue on-going rental services (see right), this amount is applied toward the fee for full service rental locating.

Full Service Rental Locating

The Full Service relocation program is recommended for corporate transferees and individuals moving to San Francisco who want us to handle ALL of the legwork associated with a rental search. After the initial tour (described left), we continue to locate, pre-screen and escort our clients to rental properties that match your individual specifications as they become available. We facilitate and stay with the process until a rental property has been located and a lease executed. The fee for this service is equal to 6% of the annual rent (approximately three weeks rent), due when a lease is executed. We collect a retainer in the amount of $475.00 at the completion of the first tour of properties, which is applied to the 6% fee.
